How far is it from Dallas?
About 90 minutes by car from downtown Dallas. The drive itself is part of the experience—watching the city fade into farmland, then forest.
Is there really high-speed internet in the woods?
Yes. Starlink satellite internet delivers high-speed connectivity throughout the property—fast enough for streaming 4K, video calls, or remote work. Unplug if you want to, not because you have to.
What's included in the outdoor space?
Your private 400 sq ft teak patio features one-of-a-kind furniture (including that 9-foot acacia sofa carved from a single slab), Solo Stove fire pit, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and hammock. The property also includes 300 feet of string lights, walking trails, a natural pond, and an 18-hole disc golf course winding through the pines.
Can we cook?
Absolutely. The dome includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need—cookware, utensils, coffee maker, retro designer fridge, and more. There's also an outdoor kitchen on the patio for al fresco dining under the string lights.
What if the weather is bad?
The dome is climate-controlled year-round with heating and AC. Rain on the 20-foot ceiling is often guests' favorite part—it's surprisingly peaceful. Storms create the best stargazing afterward through the electric retractable sunroof.
What makes this "Bali-inspired"?
The architecture borrows from Balinese design: open vaulted ceilings, natural materials (teak and acacia imported from Indonesia), floor-to-ceiling views of nature, and an emphasis on indoor-outdoor flow. Can we see the stars from inside?
